Exactly what i wanted its absoloutly gorgeous and feels amazing! Buy buy buy!!! Easiest instal on the 14 optima even easier then the instructions, not plastic pin its a metal one that screws in dont second guess yourself if you want this. I have no install or car electrionic experience and did it in 45 mins thanks again!!!!!

Q: Do we have too put in the shorter shifter for the new face shirfter to work ? Also is the it compatable with the 2012 hybride premium with navigation !

Yes, of course it has a button that needs to be pressed to release the shifter knob and allow it to switch gears. You can see this in the 8th image on the product page of our site.
