Where are you located?

Our physical showroom location is located at:
10244 Topanga Canyon Blvd Chatsworth, CA 91311
However, we have an online presence all over the globe! If you're ever in town, stop in and say hi!

What are your store hours?

We are open Monday through Friday, 12:30pm to 4:30pm Pacific Standard Time.
(Saturday & Sundays we are closed)
(Our storefront location is currently closed to the public as of December 2021 due to remodeling, & will be reopening again in the summer of 2023. However, we’re still shipping out online orders as usual)

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all products shipped within the 48 Continental United States!!
However, if you’re located outside of the Continental United States, shipping works a little differently on our website than many other online stores. If you are in Canada, prior to adding any items to your shopping cart, you would select "Canada Shipping" from the drop-down menu on the product page, then proceed to add the item or items to your cart. If you are located outside of the United States or Canada, you would select the option for "Non US or Canada" Shipping from the drop-down menu, and then proceed to add the item or items to your shopping cart. This will adjust the price of the item to calculate the shipping cost included with it, shipping to your country.

Can the parts you sell void my factory warranty?

Unlike what the dealer may tell you, aftermarket parts installed on your Kia DO NOT automatically void your vehicles factory warranty, as that is not how the factory warranty works. Do you offer discounts or have coupons?

We run regular sales on many different products on our site, and almost all products during our annual sitewide sales events. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to receive all the news and events from the K5 Optima Store! We also send out discount/coupon cards several times a year with orders placed on the site.

Do you offer wholesale pricing or dealer accounts?

We sure do, if you’re interested in getting set up with us a wholesale or dealer account, please send us your business license, and federal tax ID form to: Sales@K5OptimaStore.com and let us know what you are interested in ordering, and we’ll get right back to you.
