We offer FREE SHIPPING on all products shipped within the 48 Continental United States!!

However, if you are located outside of the Continental United States, the shipping works a little differently on our website than many other online stores. If you are in Canada, prior to adding any items to your shopping cart, you would select "Canada Shipping" from the drop-down menu, then proceed to add the item or items to your cart. If you are located outside of the United States or Canada, you would select the option for "Non US or Canada" Shipping from the drop-down menu, and then proceed to add the item or items to your shopping cart. This will adjust the price of the item to calculate the shipping cost included with it, shipping to your country.

If you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, please contact us prior to ordering, so that we can provide you with a shipping quote to ship to your area. Our website does not use carrier calculated shipping, meaning that it will not calculate the cost of shipping to send your order to you in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico automatically. Therefore, if you place your order first before reaching out to us to inquire about the shipping costs, we will calculate the cost and send you an invoice to cover the additional cost of shipping.

Tracking Information:

Please note that all orders placed on our site will receive tracking information once the order has been shipped out. If you have not yet received the tracking info for your order, that means that the order has not yet been shipped out.

International Orders:

Regarding small packages shipped with the United States Postal Service: If you are located outside of the United States, when checking your tracking information online and it shows that your package is stuck somewhere in Los Angeles, California, or is showing no movement, please do not become concerned. This is the way it works with 1st Class International shipments shipped with USPS. Once the package makes it to your destination country and is scanned in by your local postal center, the tracking info will then be updated with the latest info. We have access to the same tracking information that you have and are not able to provide additional updates along the way while your package is in transit to you in your destination country.

International Duty Fees, Tariffs, Taxes, Brokerage Fees, etc:

Please note, K5 Optima Store does not include any (GST), duty fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, or any other taxes in advance when shipping out products. If you are located in a different country and you're importing a product or products into your country, you are responsible for any fees that you must pay to import the item(s) into the country you reside in. Please understand that these costs are NOT part of the shipping cost you pay when ordering from our company, and you are solely responsible for these costs.
